Brandon's principal area of practice is civil litigation. Brandon represents clients in matters involving personal injury, insurance coverage, business disputes, and contract litigation. Representative clients include domestic and international energy companies, oil and gas drilling companies and service contractors, domestic and international insurance companies, and various clients in general corporate and commercial matters.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Represented international insurance company in adjustment and settlement of over $1.1 million in insured's claimed expenses arising from fire at large recycling facility.
  • Represent automobile operators and automobile insurance company in defense of personal injury actions resulting from motor vehicle accidents.
  • Represent oilfield service contractors and commercial truck drivers in defense of personal injury actions resulting from trucking accidents.
  • Represented consumers in actions brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Texas Lemon Laws.
  • Represented ATM machine distributors and servicers and ATM transaction processors in contractual disputes.
  • Represent oilfield contractor in fraud and breach of contract action seeking recovery of approximately $350,000 paid for undelivered drilling rig components.
  • Represent non-profit charitable organization in contractual negotiation with various goods and service providers.
  • Perform general legal research for matters involving personal injury, insurance coverage, and contract/business disputes.
